Keith Hittner
Lorrayne grew up in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and has a degree from Oak Hills Bible Institute in Bemidji, Minnesota. As a Certified Resident Specialist (CRS), she effectively works with all demographic groups of people, but places special emphasis on empty-nesters, investors and townhomes sales.
She has worked extensively with urban older homes, as well as newer suburban homes and new construction. "I am committed to ensuring that the goals my clients want to achieve are carried out." Lorrayne says. "And I am honest and tenacious about meeting those objectives."
She currently lives south of the river with her husband, Ken. They have a grown daughter. Reading is Lorrayne's favorite form of relaxation.
Keith Hittner is the founding father of the Hittner Group. Keith has a B.A. in finance, math and accounting from St. Mary's University and is a certified public accountant. He currently specializes in the areas of new construction, townhomes, working with first time buyers and real estate investors.
In 1993, Keith realized that the status quo in real estate was not good enough and that the old fashioned, high-pressure style of selling was not only unfair to clients, but hard on agents as well. He decided to take a unique approach to helping people and translated his philosophy into action.
According to Keith, "My objective is to help our clients reach their goals. I've discovered that once you get to really know people, you can't help but care deeply about what happens to them. Our customers know we are looking out for their best interests. More importantly, at the Hittner Group, we never have to hide from past customers like some agents in this business."
Aside from his love of his work, Keith's interests include his children, grandchildren, travel, classic books, cars and cigars!
