Welcome to College City Homes.  Having personally built a brand new home with College City Homes, I can attest to the quality and value of a College City Home.  This along with an outstanding service department has reinforced our satisfaction with our home.  Our positive experience is what excited me to work for College City after 16 years in public education, 7 as an Elementary Teacher and 9 as an Elementary School Principal.

My background in building and home construction goes back to my first major in college being Light Building Construction.  My plan was to become a builder but changed as I worked with children at summer camps during college.  I stayed in touch with the building industry by joining another teacher in building projects during the summers.

After 9 exciting years as an Elementary School Principal, I decided it was time to work full time in the new home industry.  College City Homes was a natural fit for me and has been a great experience working with the Pavek family.

I am happy to announce that my wife Kim has joined the College City Homes team as an “Existing Home Specialist”.  She has helped many College City Home owners sell their existing home while their brand new home is being built.
